Google Buys Asian Blog Software Provider
According to Korean blog firm TNC (Tatter and Company), it has been acquired by Google. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to TNC, which develops blogging software, the firm was acquired by Google Korea today. The firm's CEO, Chang-Won Kim, said that the firm was the first major acquisition by Google in Asia, and that the firm will focus on increasing Google's market share in Korea. TNC develops Textcube, blogging software which is used widely in Korea.
