Metaforic Gains $2M For Security Software
Metaforic, a firm developing anti-tampering software for the software security market, said Wednesday that it has raised $2M in a funding round. The round came from Pentech Ventures and the Scottish Co-Investment Fund. According to Metaforic, which has offices in San Jose but headquarters in Scotland, the new funding will go to expand its European presence, as well as expand worldwide operations and sales and marketing in the United States. Metaforic develops software protection which helps prevent hacking of software. More information »
