Intoto Acquisition Completes

Santa Clara-based Intoto is now officially part of Freescale, Freescale said Wednesday afternoon, after completes its acquisition of the software maker. Freescale annoucned it would buy Intoto, which has operations in Santa Clara, Hyderabad, and Chennai, in September. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Intoto developed software for networking and communications equipment manufacturers. Former Intoto CEO Sathyan Iyengar joins Freescale as a VP in conjunction with the acquisition.
