Sonoa Systems Gets $10M

Santa Clara-based Sonoa Systems, a provider of software for managing web services and SOA, said Wednesday afternoon that it has raised $10M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Third Point Ventures, and included Norwest Venture Partners, Bay Partners and SAP Ventures. Sonoa said the funding round will go towards sales, marketing, and product development. Robert Schwartz of Third Point Ventures joins the firm's board as part of the funding. More information »
