Talari Networks Gains $6.2M
San Jose-based Talari Networks, which is developing enterprise WAN equipment, said Tuesday that it has raised $6.2M in a venture financing round. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, and also included other, undisclosed private investors. According to Talari, it will use the funding to make a "significant expansion" of its R&D operations in North Carolina's Research Triangle. Talari has R&D operations in Raleigh. Talari said its technology uses standard VPN technology to solve reliability problems with VoIP and videoconferencing on shared IP WANS. More information »
