TriCipher Gets $12M

Los Gatos-based TriCipher, which develops software as a service for identity and authentication management, announced yesterday that it has raised $12M in a venture funding round. The firm did not disclose participants in its third round of funding, however the company has previously received investments from ArrowPath Venture Capital, EPIC Ventures, Intel Capital, RBC Technology Ventures, and Trident Capital. TriCipher's flagship tool is called myOneLogin, which is used by enterprises providing Web-based remote access to customers, employees, and partners. More information »
