Cemaphore Gets $1.2M

San Mateo-based Cemaphore Systems has raised $1.2M in a combination of equity and debt, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Cemaphore is a developer of email replication software for backing up Microsoft Exchange and other email systems. Details on the funding have not been released by the firm, which has previously gained venture funding from Mayfield, Worldview Technology Partners, vSpring Capital, and other private investors.
