Spansion Looks To Sell Wireless Business

Sunnyvale-based Spansion reported yesterday that the firm is looking to pursue a standalone strategy focused on embedded solutions and intellectual property licensing, and will look to sell its wireless business. The firm, which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, said the plan would require court approval.
