LogLogic Gains $8.8M

San Jose-based LogLogic, a developer of IT security and activity management software, disclosed this morning that it has raised an additional $8.8M in its Series D funding round. According to the firm, the additional investment was led by Focus Ventures, and also included Sequoia Capital, Telesoft Partners, Worldview Technology Partners, INVESCO Private Capital, SAP Ventures, as well as CM-CIC Private Equity, Credit Agricole Private Equity and ELAIA Partners. The company said the new funding brings its total raised to $58M. The move comes shortly after the acquisition of Exaprotect, a developer of security event and change management software, last week. CM-CIC, Credit Agricole, and ELAIA are all prior investors in Exaprotect. More information »
