Outspark Raises $8.3M

San Francisco-based Outspark, a developer of casual online games, announced this morning that it has raised $8.3M in a Series C financing round. The round was led by Syncom Venture Partners, and also included SBI Investment and Mille Plateux. According to Outspark, the new round of capital will go towards global expansion, including strategic investments and acquisitions. Outspark offers massively multiplayer online games, and says it has more than 4.7 million registered users. Stan Smith of Syncom joins the firm's board along with the funding. More information »
