hi5 Taps RealNetworks For Downloadable Games

San Francisco-based hi5 reported Tuesday that the firm has added a new, downloadable games section to the firm's online games site, tapping into RealNetworks for the new section. According to hi5, it will distribute over 1,500 games from RealGames, including games that range from free trial versions to more than $50.00 per title. The firm said the new deal will create a new revenue stream for the company. Financial arrangements between hi5 and RealNetworks were not disclosed. hi5 offers social networking, photo sharing, online games, and more.
