Intalio Buys Webtide

San Francisco-based Intalio, a developer of cloud computing software, said Tuesday morning that it has acquired Webtide, developer of the Jetty Application Server software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Webtide's Jetty is widely used for Java applications and web servers.
