Mint.com Updates Yahoo Homepage App

Mountain View-based Mint reports today that it has released an updated application for Yahoo's homepage, Budget by Mint.com. According to the firm, the new app will be featured on Yahoo's home page, and will provide budgets, spending, and alerts to its users. The app is part of a package of new third party apps--including apps from Facebook, the Wall Street Journal, and others--that Yahoo users can add to their custom home page.
