NEOEDGE Raises $4.0M

Mountain View-based NEOEDGE, which is developing advertising services to the casual games market, said today that it has raised $4.0M in a Series A funding round. According to the firm, the financing was co-led by VanEdge Capital and Jefferson Partners. Paul Lee, former President of Electronic Arts Worldwide Studios and current a principal at VanEdge; Glenn Entis, formerly Chief Visual and Technical Officer of Electronic Arts Worldwide Studios, also at VanEdge; and Byron Lee of Jefferson Partners join the firm's board along with the funding.
