Prosper Gets More Funding

San Diego-based Prosper, which operates a peer-to-peer lending marketplace, said Tuesday night that it has received a new investment, from QED Investors. Nigel W. Morris, co-founder of Capital One and head of QED Investors, has joined the firm's board of directors as part of the funding. Morris co-founded Capital One in 1994. More information »
