Pandora: 40M Registered Users

Oakland-based personalized Internet radio firm Pandora is reporting today that the firm now has over 40 million, registered users, as of early December. The firm said it has been adding 600,000 new registered users a week, about 300,000 of whom are mobile. The firm said about 10 million of its users are iPhone users. The company claims that it had 44% of all Internet radio listening hours, according to Ando and its own internal metrics.
