Optony Gets $6M

Santa Clara-based Optony, a developer of thin film, solar technology, said Friday morning that it has raised $6M in funding. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. ACcording to Optony, it will use the funding to accelerate technology development and expands its solar solution services. Optony both develops high efficiency, thin film solar technologies, as well as provides consulting to governments and businesses. More information »
