StrongMail Buys Email Marketing Firm

Redwood City-based StrongMail said today that it has acquired The Email Advisor, an email marketing consultancy firm based in Saint John, Indiana. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. StrongMail said it would use the acquisition to bolster its expertise in key industry verticals, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), travel and hospitality, and associations. StrongMail provides email and social media marketing services. The Email Advisor becomes part of StrongMail's Strategic Services arm.
