Taleo Buys Worldwide Compensation

Dublin, California-based Taleo, a developer of software-as-a-service tools for talent management, announced today that it has completed its buy of Worldwide Compensation, Inc. Worldwide Compensation is aprovider of compensation management software, delivered as a service. The deal was worth $14M in cash.
