DNA Direct Acquired By Medco Health Solutions

San Francisco-based Mb>DNA Direct, a provider of information about genetics testing, has been acquired by New Jersey firm Medco Health Solutions. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. DNA Direct was venture backed by Firefly Investments and Lemhi Ventures.
