ClientMagic Software Acquired

Folsom-based ClientMagic Software, a developer of scheduling and business management software for salons and spas, has been acquired. According to MINDBODY, a developer of software for the salon industry, it acquired ClientMagic to expand its software into hair, nail, and skin salons. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. MINDBODY said it has hired Stewart E. Skiff, the founder of ClientMagic, as well as the firm's technical staff.
