KODA Raises $1.5M In Angel Funding

San Francisco-based KODA.us, an online community targeted at helping employers to recruit young professionals, said today that it has raised $1.5M in angel funding. The firm said the new funding will go to help grow its usr base. Names of the new angel investors were not disclosed. KODA is aimed at new graduates and companies who would like to hire those graduates, and is headed by Jeff Berger. As part of the funding, the company said it has hired Michelle Slagle, former CFO of JobFox.com and CareerBuilder.com, as its new Chief Operating Officer.
