NetBase Gets $9M

Mountain View-based NetBase, a developer of semantic search tools for enterprises, said today that it has raised $9M in a Series C funding round. According to the firm, the round came from Altos Ventures and Thomvest Ventures. Netbase said the new funding will go towards buildout of sales, marketing, business development, and product management. Netbase is headed by Jonathan Spier. More information »
