RainStor Collects $7.5M
San Francisco-based RainStor, a developer of software for archiving data, announced today that it has raised $7.5M in a Series B funding. The funding came from Storm Ventures, Informatica, as well as existing investors Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures and The Dow Chemical Company. Storm Ventures' Tim Danford joins the company's board along with the funding.
