Calix Networks Raises $82.3M In IPO
Petaluma-based Calix, a maker of broadband equipment, raised $82.3M in its IPO this morning on the NYSE. Calix, which started trading this morning as CALX, pried at $13 a share in its IPO, which was underwritten by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Calix had initially set its trading range at $11 to $13. Calix was venture backed by Foundation Capital, Telesoft Partners, Azure Capital Partners, and others.
