LoopNet Buys Reaction Web

San Francisco-based Loopnet, which operates an online commercial real estate marketplace, said Wednesday that it has acquired Reaction Web, a firm which develops custom web sites and provides marketing for the commercial real estate industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. LoopNet said that Reaction Web has served such firms as CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group, Apartment Realty Advisors, Grubb & Ellis Private and Institutional Capital Markets groups, Colliers International, Cushman Wakefield and Madison Partners of Los Angeles.
