SeeqPod Goes To Bloson.com

The remains of Emeryville-based SeeqPod, the defunct music search engine that was a spinout of Lawrence Berkely National Lab, has gone to Massachusetts-based Bloson.com, Bloson announced this morning. According to Bloson, it has reached an agreement to purchase the remaining assets of SeeqPod. Financial terms of the bankruptcy sale were not disclosed. Bloson said it the transaction is still waiting for approval of the trustee from the San Jose bankruptcy court. Bloson operates on online portal focused on raising funding for charities.
