RockYou Gets $10M More

Redwood City-based RockYou, a developer of online software widgets for social networking sites, said today that it has received another $10M in funding, from SoftBank. The new round of funding brings RockYou's total raised to $127M. RockYou has previously raised funding from Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Partech International, DCM, and SK Telecom. The firm said the investment also comes alongside the acquisition of its Asian joint venture, RockYou Asia. Financial terms of that buy were not disclosed. More information »
