Tesla Motors Sets IPO Pricing Range

San Carlos-based electric car firm Tesla Motors has set its pricing range for its IPO this morning, saying in an updated S-1 filing with the SEC that it will offer 11.1 million shares at between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. Tesla is looking to list on the Nasdaq Global Market as "TSLA". At $16.00 per share, the firm would net around $204M in funds, and have a market cap of around $1.46 billion.
