Zenprise Raises $9M
Fremont-based Zenprise announced this morning that it has raised $9M in a new round of funding. The round was led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, and also includes prior investors Ignition Partners, Bay Partners, Mayfield and Shasta Ventures. According to Zenprise, the new funding will go to expand its sales and marketing efforts, as well as for research and development. Zenprise is a developer of software which is used to provide real-time diagnosis of problems with Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry, and other smartphone environments. As part of the funding, Doug Schrier of Rembrandt joins the company's board. More information »
