Envivio Sees $15M More

South San Francisco-based Envivio announced Wednesday that it has raised $15M in a new investment round. According to Envivio, the mezzanine investment came from both venture capital and banking sources. The firm did not name the firms in this investment round. Envivio is a provider of Internet video delivery services. As part of the funding, the firm said it has named Eric Miller as CFO, appointed Kevin O'Keefe as COO, and named chairman Gianluca Rattazzi as Executive Chairman. More information »
