Zynga Confirms Unoh Buy
San Francisco-based Zynga confirmed Thursday that it has bought Unoh, a Japanese developer of social games. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Zynga said that it will use the acquisition of Unoh to accelerate its entry into the Japanese social gaming market. Unoh was founded in 2001. As part of the acquisition, Zynga said that Unoh's team will alos localize Zynga's games and develop new games for the Japanese Market. Unoh was founded and headed by Shintaro Yamada.
