Chai Labs Acquired By Facebook, Says Report

Mountain View-based Chai Labs, a developer of software used by publishers to deliver content, has been acquired by Facebook, according to reports. According to AllThingsD, the deal is worth around $10M. No details on the acquisition have yet been confirmed by the companies.
