BranchOut Gets $6.0M

San Francisco-based BranchOut, a developer of career networking applications for Facebook, has raised $6.0M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. The new funding comes from Accel Partners. BranchOut--formerly MyRockStar--says on its web site that it helps find friends who work at companies they would like to connect with. BranchOut is headed by Rick Marini. More information »
