Inphi Raises $81.6M In IPO
Santa Clara-based Inphi Corp. raised $81.6M in the firm's initial public offering this morning, after pricing 6.8 million shares of its common stock at $12.00 per share. The firm's debut price was at the high end of its estimated initial offering range, which was between $10.00 and $12.00 per share. Inphi was venture backed by Walden International, Tallwood, Mayfield Fund, and Samsung Electronics. The IPO was underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities, Jeffries & Company, Thomas Weisel Partners, and Needham & Company. Inphi was trading as high as 15.85 in morning trading Thursday. The firm is listed on the NYSE as IPHI.
