Chip Path Design Systems Snags $3M

Cupertino-based Chip Path Design Systems, a developer of electronic design automation (EDA) tools for the semiconductor industry, said today that it has raised $3M in a Series A venture round. The round came from Scientific Ventures, Lanza techVentures, and Xilinx Corporation. According to Chip Path, it is focused on revolutionizing how companies design ICs.
