Cloudkick Acquired By Rackspace

San Francisco-based Cloudkick, a Y-Combinator funded developer of cloud computing management software, has been acquired by hosting firm Rackspace Hosting. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cloudkick was founded two years ago by Alex Polvi. According to Rackspace, Cloudkick has more than 1,500 business customers using its products.
