Auditude Raises $11M

Palo Alto-based Auditude, which develops technology to help companies monetize their online video, said today that it has raised $11M in a Series B financing round. The new round was led by Granite Ventures, and also included Silicon Valley Bank, Greylock Partners, and Redpoint Ventures. As part of the funding, the firm named Jeremy Helfand as CEO. Helfand was formerly president of United Online Media Group and served at Advertising.com. Chris Hollenbeck of Granite Ventures also joins the company's board. More information »
