Cisco Completes Pari Networks Acquisition

San Jose-based Cisco said Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Milpitas-based Pari Networks, a developer of network configuration and change management tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Pari Networks will become part of Cisco's Technical Services Group.
