Certivox Gets $1.46M
San Francisco-based CertiVox, a developer of cloud security products, said this morning that it has raised $1.46M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Pentech Ventures, and also included Octopus Investments. The firm said the funding will go towards development and marketing of its products. As part of the funding, the company has appointed Albert E> Sisto as its Executive Chairman; Sisto has served as COO at RSA and as chair, CEO, and President of Phoenix Technologies. Pentech's Sandy McKinnon, and Bruce Leith, formerly of London Bridge Software, also join the board. More information »
