Taulia Acquires billFLO

San Francisco-based Taulia, a provider of spending management software for SAP, said today that it has acquired billFLO, a developer of small business cash flow monitoring software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. billFLO automated accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense reporting processes. Billflo was based in Oakland.
