Twitter Gets Another Round, From DST

Twitter said this morning that it has scored a "significant round of funding" from venture firm DST Global, which it says will be used to aggressively innovate, hire more people and invest in international expansion. The firm--which says it now has over 600 employees--said it is seeing around 200 million Tweets per day. Financial details of the round were not disclosed, however, multiple reports place the funding at $800M. More information »
