Jive Software Hires IPO Bankers

Palo Alto-based Jive Software, which makes enterprise social networking tools, has hired on Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and UBS in preparation for an IPO, according to Bloomberg. The report cited anonymous sources close to the company for the information. Jive is venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Sequoia Capital.
