Zoosk Buys WooMe

San Francisco-based dating site Zoosk has acquired Woo Media, the parent firm of dating site WooMe.com, the firms said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. WooMe is now redirecting users to Zoosk. Woo Media was venture backed by Atomico Investments, Index Ventures, Mangrove Capital Partners, Klaus Hommels and Oliver Jung.
