Tegal Invests $300K In Israeli Medical Devices Firm

Petaluma-based Tegal, a developer of a wide range of semiconductor and MEMs devices and technology, said this morning that it has invested $300,000 in NanoVibronix, an Israeli ultrasound technology developer. NanoVibronix is developing low-intensity surface acoustic wave (SAW) technology, and is based in Nesher, Israel. NanoVibronix is appling it ultrasound technology to medical devices used for active wound care, treating chronic wounds, and for soft-tissue healing.
