Adobe Buys Efficient Frontier

San Jose-based Adobe said today that it has agreed to acquire Mountain View-based Efficient Frontier, a developer of online advertising buying and optimization tools. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Adobe said the buy will add multi-channel ad campaign forecasting, execution, and optimization to its Digital Marketing Suite. Efficient Frontier had been venture backed by Cambrian Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Mitsui & Co.
