Clever Sense Acquired By Google

Silicon Valley starutp Clever Sense, a developer of search engine and filtering technology, has been acquired by Google, Clever Sense said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Clever Sense was headed by Babak Phlavan, who was previously at Intel and Wyse Technology. The company was angel backed by Bobby Yazdani (Saba), Farzad Naimi (RONAholdings), Sanjog Gad (SAP Labs), Safa Rashtchy (Piper Jaffray) and Larry Braitman (Adify).
