Francisco Partners Buys Ichor Systems

San Francisco-based private equity firm Francisco Partners said today that it has acquired Ichor Systems, a developer and manufacturer of process tools and related products. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Ichor, which is based in Tualatin, Oregon, services the semiconductors, LEDs (light emitting diode), data storage and alternative energy capital equipment market. The two said the deal closed December 30th.
