Intel Capital Backs Solera Networks

Intel Capital, the venture capital arm of semiconductor firm Intel, has backed a developer of network forensics and capture devices. Salt Lake City, Utah-based Solera Networks said today that it has raised $20M in a funding round, led by Intel Capital, and also including Allegis Capital, Signal Peak Ventures and Trident Capital. Solera's appliances are used for network security and threat mitigation for enterprises. More information »
