CardSpring Raises $10M
Palo Alto-based CardSpring, a developer of application programming interfaces for credit and debit card payments, said Tuesday that it has raised $10M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Accel Partners and Greylock Partners, along with SV Angel, Morado Ventures, Felicis Ventures, and WIN. CardSpring, which is headed by Eckart Walther, is developing an API which makes it easier for developers to tie into credit card data and information, and to connect them to coupons and loyalty programs.
